We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the McLean, TX area to administer patient care according to a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract role, with care provided at the patient’s residence.

We have two patients in the area with the following needs:

• 4-5 hours/week needed, weekday visits starting after 5 pm
• 2 hours/month, one visit of 2 hours, flexible on day/time

• Execute physician-prescribed care plans
• Complete compliant documentation of care provided
• Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor patient condition changes such as weight, self-care abilities, and disease indicators
• Communicate with family, physicians, case managers, and other involved individuals
• Provide one-on-one care in the patient's home for a comfortable environment
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants
• Perform other personal care services as needed

• Current State or Compact RN License
• At least 1 year of RN experience in clinical or home health settings
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to get TB tested
• Maintain required insurance
• Dependable transportation and willingness to commute to patient homes
