• Assist in identifying potential leads and new business opportunities.
• Support sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help manage customer inquiries and follow‑up communications.
• Update and maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and reporting sheets.
• Assist in planning and executing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In).
• Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads) through content, tracking, and reporting.
• Help maintain website content (blogs, product info, landing pages).
• Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly marketing reports.
• Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and collaborations.
• Support day‑to‑day marketing and sales operations.
• Assist with internal communication materials when required.
