Diplomatic Engagement & Public Affairs Specialist

Must Have

• Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in an Embassy, Consulate, or public affairs environment, with direct exposure to Public Affairs, Government Relations, or Integrated Communications.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience leading, hosting, and partnering on large‑scale, high‑profile events and strategic engagements, including multi‑stakeholder coordination across government, corporate, and institutional partners.
• 5 years’ experience in costing and Asset Control.

• Experience working in regional or multinational organizations.
• Experience in content production such as video storytelling, social media campaigns, or brand activation events.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Sprout Social).
• Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing, corporate communications, and public affairsstrategies.
• Drive corporate reputation programs that strengthen brand presence across internal and external audiences.
• Manage corporate affairs initiatives, including liaison with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic counsel on regulatory trends, policy changes, and their potential business impact.
• Oversee the planning, hosting, and delivery of large‑scale corporate and public events, ensuring operational excellence.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to execute high‑impact events and communication initiatives.
• Manage all costing, budgeting, and financial planning for communications, events, and marketing activities.
