An organisation delivering in‑person promotional campaigns is currently being represented in the search for one Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant to support customer engagement, brand visibility, and sales activity across El Paso. The role is active, people‑focused, and designed to help build confidence, communication skills, and commercial awareness from the ground up.
About the RoleThe Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant supports live in person marketing campaigns by helping introduce products or services directly to customers, assisting with messaging, and contributing to sales outcomes. Rather than working behind a screen, this role places you in front of people — learning how marketing messages are delivered, how customers respond, and how sales conversations develop naturally.
It’s a strong starting point for anyone interested in marketing, sales, business, or customer‑facing careers.
What You’ll Be Doing- Helping deliver marketing messages in live, customer‑facing settings
- Taking part in conversations that introduce offers and explain value
- Supporting sales activity by keeping interactions clear and engaging
- Learning how campaigns are adjusted based on customer response
- Contributing to the overall flow, energy, and professionalism of each campaign
Full training is provided before starting, with ongoing coaching throughout. The focus is on developing communication skills, confidence, customer awareness, and an understanding of how marketing and sales work together in practice.
PayPaid weekly. Compensation includes a base level of pay with additional performance‑related incentives available.
Earnings grow as experience and contribution increase.
