During this 10‑week summer internship, you will use your unique perspective and knowledge to help us find operational gaps and improve process efficiency in a way that makes a genuine mark on our business. Responsibilities
  • Will provide support to the maintenance team.
  • Help the team that engages in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds.
  • May help establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment.
  • Learn from the team that maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organisation standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Requisition s tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Shadow training programmes to ensure proper operations, preventive maintenance, and repair equipment programmes and procedures; all while adhering to the highest safety expectations.
  • Complete and present a project related to issues within the maintenance department.

Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a four‑year university or pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Compensation
  • $21/hour with $2,500 relocation stipend.
