Description:
The Production Line Worker is responsible for performing assembly, packaging, and quality control tasks on a fast-paced production line. This position ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Operate machinery used in production (mixing, stuffing, cooking machinery, etc.) as needed.
- Place and remove product from racks.
- Inspect and package finished products.
- Wash and sanitize items used in production (equipment, racks, tools).
- Work in cold / refrigerated environment.
- Follow instructions, maintain cleanliness and safety, and coordinate with other team members to complete tasks.
- Be available for overtime and occasional weekends or variable shifts.
- Ability to work in cold environment (refrigerated rooms / chilled production conditions).
- Able to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and interact cordially with coworkers. Physical stamina: standing for long periods, lifting / moving products or items (depending on line / load), handling packaging. Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends when needed.
