- PM 6:15pm-6:30am $19/hr

This position follows a 4/3 schedule. The 4-day workweek includes Saturday and Sunday, meaning employees will work every other weekend.
The Quality Inspector performs dimensional and visual inspections of components and gauges to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and process requirements. This role supports consistent product quality through precise measurement techniques, proper documentation, and adherence to established inspection procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect components and gauges according to instructions, drawings, and specification sheets using standard measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM, vision systems).
- Measure dimensions of finished parts using precision instruments, templates, and fixtures to verify conformity to specifications.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections for process qualification.
- Complete all required quality documentation, including process route cards, nonconformance reports, and tagging, in line with company procedures.
- Support continuous compliance with quality standards and inspection protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMMs, indicating micrometers, and optical comparators.
- Experience documenting inspection results in accordance with established procedures.
Experience:
- Experience working with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) applications.
- Experience using CMMs, optical comparators, and advanced vision systems.
- Experience in manufacturing, machining, or a quality assurance environment.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T principles.
- Ability to accurately use precision measurement tools.
Skills:
- Ability to perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections.
- Familiarity with documentation processes such as NCRs and route cards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
