Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? UTEX is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to be part of a team that values precision and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

As a Press Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate injection, compression, and alternate presses, as well as hoists, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Ensure all products meet specifications and production requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following all PPE and safety standards.
• Transport materials, perform measurements, and support preventative maintenance efforts.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and support audits.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience may substitute).
• 0-3 years of relevant manufacturing or press operator experience.
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, squatting, etc.).
• Basic communication, math, and computer skills.
• Willingness to become forklift certified.

Work Environment:

You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
