Western Son Distillery is a Texas-born craft spirits company based in Pilot Point. Founded in 2011, we produce award‑winning vodka distilled ten times from 100% American corn, along with a bold lineup of real‑fruit flavors. Located in Pilot Point, Texas, Western Son Distillery operates out of a historic, repurposed factory just north of the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

• Hours for this role are:
  Monday - Thursday, 5 AM - 3:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch with an option to work on Friday (as needed)
• Assist the Packaging Supervisor with the departmental needs, tasks, and duties assigned.
• Hold knowledge of the packaging lines and maintain training on all assigned stations.
• Adhere to the guidance of departmental SOP’s and checklists.
• Adhere to any change in the packaging schedule based on the needs of the Company products.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Conduct Quality Control inspections on raw and finished goods.
• Physical requirements:
  
  Must be able to stand up to 12‑hours at a time. Must be able to lift 35lbs. Must be able to frequently push/pull/bend/kneel.
• Work in a safe manner, wearing PPE when necessary, and encourage a work safe environment.
• Raise product quality or safety issue to supervisor.
• Any duties additional duties and responsibilities requested by management of the Company
