We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our team in a manufacturing facility. The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling components accurately to create finished products. Patriot Products Group builds proprietary diesel and/or electric driven pump packages. Finished products will be built on fuel skids, DOT trailers, or in sound attenuated enclosures. We are seeking to fill multiple positions on our production floor.

Positions are open for weekday and weekend shifts. Our ideal candidate will have a high mechanical aptitude and ability to work with high sense of urgency and accuracy. This position assembles pump packages by following engineer drawings/instructions and working as part of a team. The assembly process includes mounting pumps, wiring engines/control panels, dressing pumps and building enclosures. It is imperative that people in this position are committed to working safely and supporting a strong safety culture.

We need reliable people who are willing to show up to work on time, give maximum effort and are willing to work overtime as needed. We offer monthly cash bonuses when the production team hits the goals set by management.

• Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble products
• High Attention to detail
• Previous experience with diesel engine controls is a plus
• Follow detailed instructions and engineering drawings for accurate assembly
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Works well as part of a team
• Operate overhead cranes and/or forklifts to move materials within the factory

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred
• High mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
• Ability to work efficiently on a shop floor
• Familiarity with operating cranes/forklifts is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
