Manufacturing Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Associate based in Rosharon, TX. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring quality control throughout the production process, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities include collaborating effectively with the team and reporting on production progress and issues as needed.

• Experience with Manufacturing Operations and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Familiarity with Clean Rooms and related processes
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Quality Control procedures
• Effective Communication skills for teamwork and reporting production updates
• Mechanical aptitudes or technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in manufacturing or related fields are advantageous
