Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)

Pay: $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Operations Manager or HR/Logistics Manager

Top Metal Solutions LLC specializes in high-quality metal fabrication, including racks, structural components, CNC cutting, welding, and coating services. Based in Adkins, Texas, we are growing rapidly and take pride in building a strong team to support our manufacturing operations.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead and organize our warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory control, team leadership, and logistical support. • Lead and supervise warehouse personnel (2-3 team members to start, with potential growth).
• Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and consumables.
• Maintain and update minimum and maximum inventory levels; perform audits and produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Organize warehouse layout, implement mapping systems, and ensure proper labeling.
• Coordinate shipments and logistics, including pickups, carriers, Bills of Lading, and weight/dimension reporting.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE by all warehouse staff.
• Track purchase orders, receipts, and materials in ERP/Excel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure accuracy in inventory transactions.

• Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).
• Proven experience in warehouse coordination/leadership in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, minimums/max, and logistics.
• Valid forklift operator certification required.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a small team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with inventory management systems.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials, and operate forklifts as needed.
• Safety-focused mindset and strong organizational skills.

• Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.
• Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods.
• Work outdoors or in areas with heat, dust, or noise.
• Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.

• Competitive Pay: $23.00 per hour (W-2 employment).
