Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)
Pay: $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead and organize our warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory control, team leadership, and logistical support. Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise warehouse personnel (2-3 team members to start, with potential growth).
- Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and consumables.
- Maintain and update minimum and maximum inventory levels; perform audits and produce weekly/monthly reports.
- Organize warehouse layout, implement mapping systems, and ensure proper labeling.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics, including pickups, carriers, Bills of Lading, and weight/dimension reporting.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE by all warehouse staff.
- Track purchase orders, receipts, and materials in ERP/Excel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure accuracy in inventory transactions.
- Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination/leadership in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, minimums/max, and logistics.
- Valid forklift operator certification required.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a small team.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with inventory management systems.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials, and operate forklifts as needed.
- Safety-focused mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.
- Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods.
- Work outdoors or in areas with heat, dust, or noise.
- Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.
- Competitive Pay: $23.00 per hour (W-2 employment).
