** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate excavators to safely dig, load, move, and place materials according to site requirements.
* Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
* Follow site plans, signals, and operational directions to complete tasks accurately.
* Maintain awareness of surroundings and adjust operations to changing ground or weather conditions.
* Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and support production goals.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Capability to operate excavators and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
* Strong situational awareness and commitment to established safety and operational procedures.
* Ability to read ground conditions, follow instructions, and complete tasks with precision.
* Effective teamwork and communication skills in an active work environment.
* Adaptability to outdoor working conditions and changing operational needs.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
