Mop, sweep, scrub, and vacuum surfaces;
Empty trash bins and clean trash area daily; operate trash compactor when applicable;
Pull pallets and clean/scrub product bays on a rotating basis;
Clean spills or breakages to inventoried products and determine disposal or resale per food safety standards;
Complete daily sanitation logs
