Production Worker

SWBC PEO are recruiting on behalf of their Johnson City TX client

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring that our products are fabricated and delivered to meet our high-quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, ability to work collaboratively in a small team, being physically fit with the ability to undertake repetitive light aerobic movements such as pulling/dragging, lifting, and folding of heavy industrial textile fabrics.

The role is full-time - 40hrs per week.

• Assist with the production of our industrial water tank liners.
• Operate various cutting and hot air/wedge welding machinery.
• Handle large cloths of fabric through various production processes.
• Work closely within a small team "4-6 staff" to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Perform and record quality checks on finished products/processes to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area within the factory.
• Being reliable and a strong ability to follow instructions from our Team Lead/Manager.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Meet daily/weekly production targets.
• Ability to work rotating shifts "Day/Afternoon".

• Ability to work in a fast paced, labour intensive and “hands on” manual work environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, kneeling, twisting and dragging fabric.
• Ability to operate forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent/high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with work colleagues.

• 40 x hours per week, Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

(PM shift once initiated would be 3:30pm-11:40pm) “weekly rotation”

• Experience in a similar environment (labouring type role) would be an advantage.
• On the job training in our processes with required equipment provided.

• We work in a very clean, quiet and HVAC controlled manufacturing facility
