As a Welder at Wylie & Son, Inc., you will be an essential part of our manufacturing team, responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality agricultural and sprayer equipment. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products that meet the needs of our customers.

• Perform welding tasks on various agricultural and construction equipment components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds according to specifications.
• Set up and operate welding machines, ensuring adherence to safety standards and codes.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in the training of junior welders as needed.

• Proven experience as a welder with proficiency in MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience operating press brake machines is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to welding practices.
• Ability to work with various materials including sheet metal and ductwork.
• Basic machining skills are a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
