Machine Operator

Join our team as a Metal Manufacturing Machine Operator and play a hands-on role in creating quality metal products that make a real impact. You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining metal fabrication machines to ensure each part meets our high standards for safety, precision, and efficiency. • Operate metalworking machines such as presses, shears, rollers, CNC machines, or lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
• Record production data and report any material or equipment issues
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Required Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• Previous manufacturing experience in the metal roofing and siding industry
• Previous experience with setup, calibration, and operations

• Ability to work and effectively communicate with production management.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment in an effective, safe manner
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, work in a non climate-controlled environment (Outside, hot / cold climates)
