• Operate haul trucks to transport materials safely and efficiently within the plant.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Communicate with plant personnel to coordinate material movement.
• Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Assist with general plant duties as needed to support production.

• Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly.
• Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial setting.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in varying weather and environmental conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work.

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility.

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
• Must be able to climb in and out of haul trucks and other heavy machinery.
• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment safely.
• Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including dust, mud, and uneven terrain.

• Starting Pay $23.69 per hour DOE
