Job Description
WELDER/REBAR
Monday - Friday
5:00 am - until job is complete
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Fabricate steel lids and custom metal components
- Bend, form, and assemble rebar reinforcement cages
- Perform welding and fabrication according to specifications
- Operate shop equipment, including overhead cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts
- Assist with custom plant improvement and fabrication projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
- Welding and rebar fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read basic fabrication drawings and measurements
- Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks in a shop environment
