We are seeking a Welder Fabricator to assemble and fit complex metal structures using advanced blueprints. This position requires strong technical skills, precision, and leadership in the production area. Ideal for experienced professionals who want to grow into supervisory roles.

• Assemble and fit structural metal components according to advanced blueprints and specifications.
• Perform layout, measuring, marking, and preparation of materials before welding.
• Tack-weld and perform MIG welding as needed during assembly.
• Cut and adjust materials using manual plasma cutters, torches, and other shop equipment.
• Use measuring instruments (tape, square, level, templates) to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Train, guide, or assist less experienced welders or helpers in fitting tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with OSHA safety standards.

• Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proven experience in fitting/assembling complex metal structures.
• Ability to read and interpret advanced blueprints and welding symbols.
• Skilled in using plasma/torch cutting tools and MIG welding equipment.
• Preferred certifications: OSHA safety training, AWS welding standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in environments with heat, dust, or noise.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and precision.

• Regular lifting, bending, and moving heavy materials.
• Standing and working on assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.

• Starting pay: $23.00 per hour (W-2 employment).
• Benefits available after 90 days of continuous employment:
