Regal Staffing is hiring Soldering Operators in the Wilmer, TX area!

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $22 per hour / Night Shift Differential: +10%

Schedule
  • Shifts: Day (6 am–6 pm) / Night (6 pm–6 am)
  • Rotation: 12-hour shifts, alternating between 4-on/3-off and 3-on/4-off cycle
    • 3-on / 4-off:
      Work Sunday–Tuesday, off Wednesday–Saturday
    • 4-on / 3-off:
      Work Sunday–Wednesday, off Thursday–Saturday
Key Responsibilities
  • Use specialized equipment to solder components together, making precise welds to connect wire to wire and wire to soldering pad.
  • Ensure that the soldering process is carried out correctly and that the finished product meets quality standards.
  • Train other workers in the rework and soldering process as needed.
  • Maintain 5S standards in your work area.
  • Communicate production information to oncoming shift.
  • Perform all duties in a safe, reliable and efficient manner.
  • Maintain soldering and workstation equipment.
  • Perform repairs of cell strings and modules.
  • Use test equipment to verify temperatures of workstation and soldering iron.
  • Verifies quality of soldering using imaging and electrical testing.
  • Assemble circuits requiring fine hand assembly.
  • Verify cell grade, manufacturer, color series by correctly reading labels.
  • Complete other duties or tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals and instructions.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • One year or more of soldering experience preferred.
  • Frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, testing equipment, office documents, and office objects near and far.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
