Job Details

We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our meat processing facility as General Labor Team Members
. This hands‑on role gives you the opportunity to work across multiple departments and make a meaningful impact on our daily operations.

You’ll be part of a team that keeps our production running smoothly by performing essential physical tasks such as:

• Standing, walking, bending, squatting, and stretching
• Climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Lifting up to 40 lbs or more, depending on department
• Completing repetitive motions
• Working 8–10-hour shifts on hard flooring

You may work in a variety of environments, including cold, damp, hot, or humid areas
, and some surfaces may be slippery. Safety is our priority, and we’ll provide training to help you work confidently and effectively.

💲 Compensation

• $16.45 per hour
• +$1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift

• Candidates with three or more prior employments at Tyson Foods or its affiliates are not eligible for rehire
• 181-day rehire waiting period
