Duoline Technologies, a Maxtube Group company since 2017, developed the DUOLINE lining process as a means to solve own downhole steel tubular corrosion problems. We have installed more than 100 million feet of DUOLINE tubing worldwide.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established protocols.
• Set up and adjust machinery as needed to meet production specifications.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and maintain high standards of production.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on new production processes and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with operating machinery and understanding production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to operate and use efficiently computerized production systems (i.e. Plant Work Flow, MRP and Inventory Management systems) (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and work in varying conditions (e.g., noise, temperature).
• Capability to work 12-hour shifts, days, nights, rotations, and overtime.
