• Lead and oversee daily maintenance activities across multiple shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, processes, and equipment to maintain optimal plant performance.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance efforts.
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, allocate resources, and monitor key performance indicators such as equipment uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in the food industry, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical background with experience in IQF and frozen food processing, packaging, and warehousing equipment.
• Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo) and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
