** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
* Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and components.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
* Support safety initiatives and adhere to all company and regulatory standards.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
* Effective communication and organizational skills.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
