As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. You will balance hands‑on work with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and employee development.

• Hands‑On Work:
  Actively participate in production tasks alongside team members, demonstrating skills and knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and coach team members to implement changes.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards through hands‑on inspection and verification.

• Train new team members on safety procedures, job duties, and quality standards.
• Ensure team members have the necessary materials and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with department leaders to optimize operations and achieve production goals.
• Identify and address issues related to efficiency and quality.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
• Partner with department leaders to build a strong and capable team.
