• Attend training on applicable equipment and cross‑train on other fabrication machines.
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment—shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging, welders, etc.—in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and equipment condition.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.

• Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions, including heat and cold, and lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
• Able and willing to cross‑train on multiple machines; work overtime as required.
• Strong work ethic, safety‑first mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read technical documents and service manuals.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a heavy industrial environment (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency with fabrication machines in a safe, supervised manner.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
