Equipment Operator 4258 – Capitol Aggregates, Inc

Capitol Aggregates is looking for a skilled and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to support our aggregates operations. If you enjoy operating big machines, working outdoors, and being part of a team that values safety and hard work, this opportunity is for you.

• Perform daily inspections and operate heavy equipment such as haul trucks, water trucks, skid steers, and portable plant machinery.
• Support plant operations by moving materials, feeding crushers, and stockpiling aggregate.
• Assist with plant housekeeping activities to maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Help with basic maintenance and servicing of equipment as needed.
• Conduct area audits and follow MSHA and company safety guidelines at all times.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (mining, aggregates, or construction background preferred).
• Ability to operate safely and efficiently in rugged and outdoor environments.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
• Familiarity with safety inspections, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and MSHA standards preferred.
