Manufacturing ​/ Production Operator, Manufacturing Production

Position Details:

Job Title: Operator I
Location: Plano, TX, 75024
Duration: 12 Months of Contract + possible extension
Shift: 5:30am - 4:00pm (Mon – Thurs)

• Manufacture high-quality medical devices within a regulated manufacturing cell
• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related components
• Follow detailed, standardized work instructions under close supervision
• Complete routine production tasks with work closely reviewed for accuracy and quality
• Maintain accurate production records, traveler documents, and quality documentation
• Ensure full part traceability and support resolution of quality issues
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, cleanroom procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives, including Lean practices
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams
• Utilize electronic data collection systems and basic computer applications
• Prioritize tasks effectively based on production needs
• Handle small components with precision and attention to detail
• Make sound decisions and judgments with minimal supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Compliance with strict cleanroom attire standards is mandatory (non-shedding clothing, closed-toe shoes, no makeup, jewelry, artificial nails, or scented products)
