Day Shift Motor Grader Operator

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Operate motor grader to maintain and repair haul roads and work areas.

+ Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

+ Safely maneuver equipment in active plant and quarry environments.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

** What Are We Looking For*
* + Ability to operate motor grader and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Strong awareness of safety standards and hazard recognition.

+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments.

+ Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.

+ Frequent climbing on/off equipment and walking on uneven surfaces.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and reaching.

+ Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise.

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

+ Must comply with all company safety and operational policies.

** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
