What You'll Be Doing

* Operate yard loader to move and load bulk materials safely and efficiently

* Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs or safety concerns

* Assist with railcar and truck loading/unloading operations

* Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe operations

* Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flow

What Are We Looking For

* Skilled in operating heavy equipment in an industrial or outdoor setting

* Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

* Comfortable working in physically demanding and fast-paced environments

* Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and operational checks

Conditions of Employment

* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug, and background check

* Must meet company and regulatory safety standards

Work Environment

* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands of the Job

* Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods

* Frequent climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds

* Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform equipment inspections

* Visual and auditory ability to safely navigate active work zones

* Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
