Great position for anyone interested in starting in the manufacturing and woodworking industry or seeking career growth. Bring experience as a roofer, framer, carpenter, or furniture builder. Orientation and dedicated ongoing support provided to help you succeed.
As a Wooden Pallet Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing wooden pallets and other shipping goods to meet quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions
- Stack finished products according to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements
- Label material based on type, size, and count specifications
- Apply individual tags to material before and after treatment/production
- Use a staple gun and troubleshoot equipment
- Band, bundle and secure material, including attaching corner protectors and loading sticks
- Follow instructions for stacking material properly and according to requirements
- Ensure correct quantities and material are strapped, labeled before leaving the work area
- Maintain accurate inventory of tags and report any problems or discrepancies to supervisor
- Record production on production sheets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other work areas by moving material, loading and unloading material carts

Team members must be able to commute to Schertz, TX. Nail gun experience needed. Shift hours are 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM. Pay rates depend on shift and experience.
