• Operate front-end loader to move and load sand and gravel materials efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and optimal performance.
• Monitor material quality and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and plant operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth production flow.

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment.
• Strong awareness of safety standards and commitment to compliance.
• Capability to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and work conditions.

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Compliance with all company safety and operational policies.

• Ability to sit, stand, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
• Frequent walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity to operate controls and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Visual and auditory ability to monitor equipment and surroundings safely.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
