The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Overview
  • Assist VP of Staffing & Productivity with management of assignments and projects for staff
  • Manage day to day responsibilities of FTE budget, productivity, agency utilization and external benchmarking
  • Work with staff on productivity reviews, staffing models, position control review and target adjustments
  • Manage FTE budget process and timeline to ensure timeliness and accuracy of annual budget
  • Ensure accuracy of all reports sent out by Staffing and Productivity team
  • Perform and oversee deep dive reviews on potential opportunities identified by external benchmarking Work with VP and SVP/CFO
    -Corporate Services on any special projects
Education Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Finance or Accounting
Additional Education Preferred
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in management
  • Experience in Productivity
Experience Preferred
  • Experience in FTE budgeting & Staffing models
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform reviews of FTE opportunities identified by external benchmarking.
  • Review productivity reports and meet with staff on productivity variances and justifications, target adjustments and maintenance of position control. Ensure all reports are sent out timely and are accurate. Ensure accuracy of submitted FTE budgets with parallel reviews and audits of budget workbooks.
  • Create, review, and maintain staffing models for all departments in acute care facilities. Assist with review and deep dive reviews for potential opportunities identified by external benchmarking.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office product – Excel
