Head of Commercial

We are partnered with a fast-growing fintech firm to hire a Head of Commercial to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and overall commercial performance across its payments and digital asset services business. The role combines commercial strategy, operational oversight, and P&L accountability across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end accountability for business development, client acquisition, product commercialization, pricing strategy, and strategic partnerships.

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, e-wallets, or financial services
• Proven track record leading commercial and operational functions across multiple markets
• Strong understanding of payment rails, acquiring/issuing models, real-time payments, and alternative methods
• Experience operating within regulated environments (e.g., MAS or equivalent regulatory frameworks)
• Demonstrated commercial accountability or P&L ownership within a payments or financial services business
• Strong negotiation experience with banks, schemes, and global payment partners
• Proven leadership experience managing senior, cross-functional teams
