About the Role:

The Grounds Guys are looking for a motivatedProduction / Crew Managerto lead our landscaping team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training crew members, ensuring job quality, and learning to estimate and sell jobs.

This role offers aclear path to earning equityin the company for those who prove themselves.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and lead a team to complete high-quality landscaping projects
• Train and mentor crew members for efficiency and excellence
• Assist in estimating, bidding, and closing new jobs
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field
• Ability to read plans, estimate job costs, and sell services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Desire to grow with the company and earn equity
