As a new Self Storage Manager at Strat Property Management, Inc., your days will be a blend of excitement and responsibility. On a typical Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., expect to dive into customer interactions, assisting clients with their storage needs and ensuring a seamless experience. You also manage facility operations, including overseeing unit rentals, conducting site inspections, and resolving minor issues.

You’ll also engage in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, creating an inviting environment for our clients. Expect to collaborate closely with your energetic team, fostering a positive atmosphere where working together is key.
