Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is part of a nationally recognized brand with 500+ locations across the U.S. and Canada — and we’re growing! We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving, results-driven Spa Manager to lead our Kingwood location and help create an experience guests can’t stop talking about. This isn’t a desk-only role. This is for someone who loves being on the floor, building a strong team culture, hitting goals, and having fun doing it.

• Leadership or management experience (spa, hospitality, retail, or sales preferred)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A sales-savvy mindset with a heart for people
• Someone who can be fun and firm when needed
