POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Manager Accelerated Program (OMAP) is anilerine intensive 18‑month development program designed to prepare high‑potential leaders for a future role as an Operations Manager. Through structured rotations, hands‑on experience, and formal training, participants will gain a deep understanding of operational excellence, leadership, and business strategy in one of the most stable and essential industries in the country.
