We’re currently hiring for the following Director‑level roles:
- Back of House Director (Bilingual required – English/Spanish)
- Training Director
- Operations Director
- Marketing Director
- Lead and develop high‑performing teams – inspire excellence and coach future leaders.
- Drive operational performance – uphold Chick‑fil‑A’s standards of food quality, speed, and hospitality.
- Collaborate across departments – work closely with other Directors and the Operator to achieve shared goals.
- Implement systems for growth – streamline processes, manage budgets, and enhance team efficiency.
- Foster a thriving culture – create an environment where safety, teamwork, and service are top priorities.
- 1+ year of Leadership experience
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Strong people development and coaching skills
- Proven ability to manage performance and achieve results
