Pyramid Global Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Pressure wash patios and other areas.;
Clean exterior furniture, dust and/or straighten all exterior furniture, and move as needed for exterior floor surface cleans.;
Clean cobwebs, bird droppings, bird nests, mud daubers, etc. from building exterior, including furniture, fixtures, and attention to window frames.;
Clean exterior and interior lights and fixtures, some at high levels requiring extension poles, ladder and/or lift.;
Empty exterior trash and cigarette receptacles.
