How You Will Make an Impact:

The Dune Express Roller crew will be responsible for changing rollers which fail on the conveyor system in a timely and efficient manner

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Gathers technical information to perform the job.

* Performs equipment walk around and inspects and adjusts equipment; properly disposes of wastes.

* Understanding of MSHA and OSHA standards and able to follow in accordance with while performing daily functions of the job.

* Able to safely isolate equipment to perform repairs and maintenance, work at heights and in adverse weather conditions.

* Checks the status of equipment availability with site supervisors, and follows procedures to pick up parts and supplies from the warehouse.

* Be willing to learn the procedures of changing rollers with the roller changing tool which is provided and make quick responsive repairs without guidance.

* Performs work order repairs on the conveyor system as directed by the Conveyor Supervisor

* Coordinates and plans down time efficiently to maximize uptime of production.

* Work with conveyor mechanics and create a working relationship with other employees on the Dune Express

Qualifications:

* Education:

High School Diploma or GED required..

* Experience:

None required

* Computer

Skills:

Basic computer skills required use of an I-pad

Certifications& Licenses:

* A valid state driver's license with no active violations within the previous year.
