Sunflower Beach Resort Community is seeking an experienced, dependable Maintenance Technician with pool maintenance experience to join our on-site team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our coastal resort community. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, self‑motivated, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work in a luxury beach environment.

• Perform general property maintenance and repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance throughout the resort community
• Clean, maintain, and chemically balance swimming pools
• Monitor pool systems, pumps, filters, and equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintain resort grounds and amenities to Sunflower Beach standards
• Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance needs and completed work

• Hands‑on experience with pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and pool equipment
• Knowledge of general maintenance systems and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
