Tex Best - : [Field Technician / Maintenance Mechanic] As a Maintenance Associate at Tex Best, you'll:
Ensure that all maintenance repair service requests are scheduled and completed in an accurate and timely manner;
Maintain and repair lighting systems throughout the stores, clean fixtures, and replace bulbs and lamps;
Be responsible for plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, security, and related facility systems and components;
Monitor and coordinate control panels and thermostats of all systems to maintain standard working temperature.
