-1 [Facilities Maintenance] As a Perfect Room Team Technician at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, you'll:
Establish preventive maintenance schedule and keep record of all the work done;
Perform paint, sheetrock and general maintenance repairs;
Maintain process documents to show proper repair and maintenance techniques;
Coordinate maintenance efforts through the department as well as with outside vendors and contractors as needed;
Establish and track timelines for PRT maintenance issues;
Document issues to be addressed and help control all maintenance and inventory par levels.
