Maintenance Technician II – Mayfair Management Group

We are seeking a highly motivated, self‑starter to join our maintenance department. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the apartment community.

$19.00/hr – $20.00/hr

• Perform general building maintenance, custodial, and grounds duties.
• Maintain the physical integrity of the assigned apartment community.
• Handle physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Apply knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make‑readies, and basic A/C experience.
