The primary purpose of this position is to provide for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the campuses, maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable school environment.
Qualifications- Ability to read and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Treat all people with dignity and respect.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to follow and convey verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to schedule and organize custodial and maintenance work.
- Initiative in responding to custodial problems before they arise.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
