• Assists in pre/post job checklists.
• Helps ensure equipment is ready for upcoming projects.
• Supports all stages of projects as needed.
• Mob/Demob, setup/tear down, night shifts, pre/post job tasks.
• Ensures projects are completed timely and efficiently.
• Maintains records on and offsite; manages tools, facilities, and vehicle maintenance.
• Follows company SOPs when performing tasks.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Displays professionalism and courteous attitude; works harmoniously with colleagues and clients.
• Develops understanding of flush equipment and tools capabilities.
• Protects client confidence and company operations.
• Contributes positively to team efforts.
• Drives defensively in company vehicles and on job sites.
• Enforces safety procedures onsite and at the shop.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to pass drug tests and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Good communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Minimum age 21.
• CDL preferred but not required.
