8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: SGD 2,800 – 4,500

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Management Executive to oversee purchasing, warehousing, and logistics operations while ensuring efficient processes and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organise, and manage purchasing, warehousing, and transportation functions
- Lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely customer deliveries
- Oversee MRP fulfilment, stock replenishment, procurement, and order management
- Manage supplier contracts and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs
- Supervise third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations
- Handle customer audits and resolve logistics or purchasing-related complaints
- Coordinate logistics equipment maintenance and facility improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Materials Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/logistics within a manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of ISO
9000, IATF
16949, ISO
14001, and ISO
45001 standards is an advantage - Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MCframe) and Kaizen practices is a plus
- Experience managing and auditing third-party logistics providers preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, reliable team player with good communication and interpersonal abilities
