• Source and evaluate suppliers to procure electrical equipment, spare parts, and electronic components aligned with operational requirements
• Conduct quotation enquiries and negotiate prices to secure cost-effective purchasing agreements
• Place purchase orders accurately and coordinate delivery arrangements to meet project timelines
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance data, ensuring compliance with ISO documentation standards
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain adequate supply while minimizing excess stock
• Conduct regular stock takes to verify inventory accuracy and support supply chain planning
• Collaborate with freight forwarders and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics and delivery processes

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience
• Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Electrical knowledge and experience in the marine and offshore industry
• Experience working with freight forwarders.
